The aim of this paper is to reveal high school teachers’ occupationalstress, coping style, social support, mental state health, and theirrelationship. SCL-90, Occupational Stress Questionnaire, Coping StyleRating Scale and Social Support Rating Scale were used. The sampleswere404high school teachers from Baotou.The result shows that the mental health of high school teachers is notvery good, and the state of feminine is even worse. Aged people’s mentalhealth is better than young people’s. occupational stress is a main factorof mental health, but unfortunately, high school teachers are facing hugestress in their work. On the other hand, Their coping styles were positive,which can alleviate the stress they are facing. Scial support is anotherpositive factor which canhelp high school teachers deal with theseproblems, however, the social support they can receive is obviously notenough. Overall, it should be paid attention to by the society.
