Study On The Service Performance Evaluation Of Grassroot Sports Associations In China

With the continuous development and transformation of China’s economy and society, especially the moment to promote and build "service-oriented government" and "service-oriented society", the role and position of grassroots sports community becomes increasingly important. It is the non-official carrier to implement national fitness and mass sports activities. Its fundamental purpose is providing sports services to the community members and public people, which to meet the physiological and psychological demands of public excise. As far as the overall development of grassroots sports community in recent years, the grassroots sports community did not benefit the society very much. However, after the "ten eight big", the central and local governments continually decentralizing their powers in various aspects, It is sports communities themselves but lacking of authority in the past years will become the sole bottleneck to the development of China’s sports community. Due to weakness of service concept and awareness of our most grassroots sports community, sports associations and other relevant social groups have not yet formed a clear "Service Performance" and "Service Performance Evaluation" consciousness. Scientific and effective evaluation of the service performance not only to reflect the real situation of the services provided, but also establish the service concept, sports associations to adjust the most important basis for the development of policy. With the current limited survival and development resources and based on relatively stable national policy, how to properly evaluate the services performance provided by sports associations and enhance service performance evaluation of sports associations, which is the key and core point to achieve the sustainable development of China’s sports associations and perform its functions and value, and also the problem which is sorely needed to settle by China’s grassroots sports communities and involved researchers.This paper uses literature, expert interviews, analog synthesis and data analysis methods to expand research on Service Performance Evaluation of grassroots sports communities. On the basis of the combining concept, connotation and characteristics of the grassroots of sports communities and service performance evaluation, writer are trying to build a model of service performance evaluation index system of China’s grassroots sports communities. Further, the model will be practically tested with real data collected. Finally, writer brings some countermeasures and advices to improve evaluation of the service performance of grassroots sports communities as follows.The first part of the pattern is an introduction, in which we state the background and significance of the research, and then we summarize the research findings on nonprofit organizations and grassroots sports communities and the performance evaluation by domestic and overseas researchers. We also describe the basic framework and methodology of the paper and point out the research goals, key points and difficulties.The second part of the paper is to summarize sports communities, sports community service performances, sports-related community service performance evaluation. Firstly, we defined the concept of grassroots sports communities and then explained the meaning, functions, and the relationship with nation and society of sports communities. Finally, we discussed the performance of the grassroots sports communities and service performance evaluation.In the third part of the patter, we build the service performance evaluation index system of grassroots sports communities. We mainly analyzed the key factors influencing the performance of the grassroots sports community service and the key factors’ future directions. It should be noted that the ideas for building sports communities Service Performance Evaluation System and elaborating principles and processes are the core focus of the paper.The fourth part of the paper is based on the first three parts, in which we discussed the service performance evaluation system of grassroots sports communities in practice.In the fifth part, also the final part, of this paper, writer gives some advice and countermeasures for strengthening the service performance evaluation of China’s grassroots sports communities.
