Research On The Public Sports Service Provided By Suzhou Sports Associations

Suzhou is a well-developed city.Suzhou is one of the cities of Jiangsu public sports service system demonstration area.At the same time,it is also the national sports industry contact point city,and its public sports service system is basically established.In recent years,in order to help sports associations to participate in the construction of public sports service system,the Suzhou government continued to enact policies and invest funds.In general,Suzhou sports associations usher in the development of the "golden age".In this paper,the literature review method,field investigation method and interview method are used to study the basic situation of supply of public sports service by Suzhou sports association.Firstly,it analyzes the development of sports community in Suzhou.Suzhou sports associations have a good external development environment.It is found that Suzhou sports association has developed six types: sports management,sports items,sports groups,sports facilities,sports guidance and sports culture.The management system of these sports associations is still bottom-up administration,and the internal management of these societies is different.Secondly,the paper analyzes the contents of public sports service provided by Suzhou sports association,including sports organization service,event service,training service,facilities service and cultural service.From the supply modes,the most basic way is to volunteer the public sports service,the most innovative way is to promote new issues;the most influential way is the cooperation between sports associations and the government;the most profitable way is cooperation between sports associations and the companies.Through the above analysis,it found the problems of the supply of public sports services by Suzhou sports associations including: the supply of public sports service in the form of a single,persistent lack of supply of public sports service.On this basis,the thesis put forward the following suggestions: first,the sports organizations must adhere to the accurate positioning,the spirit of volunteerism in the service thought,do not deviate from the nature of the non-profit organization,in the scope of services on the focus in sports activities in service,service,service facilities,guidance services and cultural services.Second,sports associations need to strengthen the cooperation of public sports service supply mode,and the government should be in the field of public sports service to establish partnership,to establish a good brand,strive for the support of the enterprise,to the development of sports associations between cooperative supply has become one of the supply of public sports services,encourage sports associations between competition,out do not have competitive sports club Group Third,strengthen the club's own hematopoietic function,clear the business of sports associations,formulate standards for assessing performance,strengthen human resource management,and improve the ability to supply public sports services.
