Mathematical concept is the foundation of any mathematical theory or method, and it is the core of high school mathematics teaching. The research on the high school mathematics concept teaching may be found some valuable teaching and suggestions for all walks of life,and hopes to provide the beneficial reference.on improving the present situation of mathematics concept teaching.Therefore, this article primarily through a large number of literature on the concept of mathematics concept teaching theory and mathematical concept acquisition process, at the same time establish a new concept of mathematics learning evaluation framework, to understand and analysis current status of high school mathematics concept learning and teaching, and further put forward the improvement measures and through the empirical research.The researcher found that the design concept of the concept of teaching can improve students’ learning levels, but the effect is not significant. Finally the researcher use new established mathematical evaluation criteria to analyze and discuss the concept of the micro test, the effects of the found that its main reasons are:on the one hand, students’ poor mathematical foundation knowledge, the lack of summary and analysis ability, and the lack of experience lead to the improve-teaching effect is not obvious; on the other hand, the teacher takes a lot of exercises in comparative classes.It can improve student performance, but also makes the unbearable burden of students and teachers, show that the low efficiency, inhibit the disadvantages of the students’creativity and enthusiasm.
