The concept of mathematics is the reflection of the essential attributes of numbers and shapes in objective things,and it is also the soul and essence of mathematics.The learning of mathematical concepts is a process in which students take the subject and teachers guide them to construct actively.Because mathematics concepts are highly abstract,how to promote students'understanding of mathematics concepts in teaching is the focus of our research.The famous American educator Ed Dubinsky put forward the APOS theory.The four stages are:operation,process,object,and schema.This is a mathematical learning theory based on constructivism.It is the core of theory to guide students to learn mathematics knowledge in social reality and analyze the situation of mathematics problems,so as to construct their own mathematical ideas.Function is the core content of middle school mathematics.Therefore,this paper takes the concept of function as the starting point and investigates the current status of the application of APOS theory in the teaching of function concept in high school.The teaching of mathematical concepts is inseparable from the teaching of teachers and the learning of students.The author tries to conduct interviews by interviewing teachers and observing the actual classroom teaching situation,and issuing questionnaires to students,and constructs according to the four stages of APOS theory.The goal is to analyze the results.It is found that in the actual classroom,the teacher's teaching of the function concept has successfully completed the construction goals of the operation stage and the process stage in the APOS theory,but the object stage and the schema stage have not been well reflected,and the teaching process is in the preliminary construction After starting mathematical concepts,a lot of exercise training began,and the construction of the concept generation process was incomplete.Mathematics concept teaching design requires reasonable use of teaching theory as a guide.The author first analyzed the specific strategies and principles of the application of APOS theory in high school concept teaching,and implemented a high school function concept teaching case based on APOS theory on the basis of following strategies and principles.Based on interviews with implementing teachers and students,the author found that the rational use of APOS theory can effectively improve the teaching methods of teachers,fully reflect the main position of students in classroom teaching,promote students 'interest in learning,enhance classroom activity,and students' thinking It can be fully developed,and the construction of the concept is relatively complete,which can improve the teaching effect of the concept class to a certain extentIn order to help teachers to reasonably apply the APOS theory in the teaching of mathematical concepts,the article finally puts forward corresponding teaching suggestions:(1)Teachers should carefully design the teaching content,embody "teaching" in "learning";(2)Insist on "spiral" "Rising" teaching principles;(3)Attach importance to the connection with other knowledge and help students form a knowledge network;(4)Pay attention to the cultivation of mathematical thinking and mathematical thinking ability.This study hopes to arouse teachers' attention and attention to APOS theory,and at the same time provide inspiration for teachers to make better use of APOS theory to construct mathematical concepts and improve classroom teaching effects.
