Deviation of adolescent self-concept and the formation is the result of their intera ction with the environment. This paper treat Symbolic interactionism as theoretical pers pective, the reflection type Kinch model as reference, and have a research about the self-concept’s status, source about the deviation of adolescent and the service on social enlig htenment. This paper mainly focuses on what are included in the self-concept of delin quent adolescents? What are these specific content? And the source of Delinquent adole scents’self-concept. Using qualitative research methods in-depth interviews of9delinque nt adolescents, based on the research, discusses the implications for social work.The study found deviation of adolescents’self-concept are not high except the fam ily self-concept. Deviation of adolescent self concept has two sources:one is derived f rom the thinking processing such as causal attribution and social comparison; and the other is means of communication that deviation of adolescents talking to others. Enlig htenment of the findings for social work is:in the perspective of symbolic interactionis m, reflection type Kinch evaluation model, the basic framework of delinquent adolescent s self-concept of social work intervention is formed. Intervention core mainly around th e delinquent adolescents to form new perceived self evaluation. And the deviation of yout h to form new perceived self-evaluation need to intervene in their and side events or peo ple’s communication skill, guide the delinquent adolescents thinking reflect positivity.
