| The social work talent, one of the main public service providers, is an important strength for constructing the socialist harmonious society in China.At present the supply question of the social work talent becomes the hot topic in society.The public service concept is thought guidance to improve the establishment of social work talent team, and plays the directing role for promoting the construction of service-oriented government. Under the public service concept, accelerating the establishment of social work talent team, providing a strong talent guarantee for constructing the socialist harmonious society, and gradually resolving the fast growing public's demands not only become the top priority currently, but also are the development need in the future.It is facing with the highlighted contradiction issue of the social work talents between supply and demand in China at present. In order to improve the effective supply of social work talents, this article aims at applying public service theory, the human capital theory and the supply and demand theory to discuss the supply mechanism of the social work talents in China, then scanning the supply contradictory question, and combinating the theory innovation and the practice utilization, penetrating realistic question to seek the existence restriction factors. The article proposed that we should make great efforts to grasp the social work occupation, further advocating the public service concept, to resolve the reality and future problem with innovation action, to design the supply frame system of social work talents. Finally, discuss social work talents'resources network mechanisms which based on"three-in-one (civil administration system, universities and non-governmental organizations)", and carried on the whole designing which suitable to Chinese country's supply mechanism of the social work talents that"five-in-one (cultivate mechanism, incentive mechanism, using mechanism, guarantee mechanism and assessment mechanism)".
