Present Situation Of Community Teenager Sports Service System In Beijing

In recent years, with the progress of the society, economic development, livingstandards improved, people’s material life has been greatly improved, but adolescent’sphysical fitness and health quality show a continuing downward trend, which make usworried. Community sports as an important part of youth sports, playing an important rolein promoting the physical and metals’ healthy development of the adolescent, providingyoung people with a good community sports service environment, which is related with theharmonious development of national and society.The article takes the Beijing’s service system of adolescent sport as the researchobject,,do a questionnaire survey over Dongcheng District, Fengtai District, ShijingshanDistrict and Chaoyang District,30communities and5middle schools of Beijing, andmakes a face to face interview according to major problems with the experienced sportsworkers who participate in the questionnaire survey in order to get the whole picture ofpresent situation and existing problems of community youth sports service system ofBeijing. Provide the theoretical and decision-making references for developing communityteenager sports service.According to investigation, the Beijing community teenager sports service systemhaving the following aspects of the problem, first, community youth sports service ofBeijing lacks perfect laws and regulations system, which can ensure community youthsports carried out. Our country successively drafts a series of youth sports laws, regulationsand policies, but by now there are no specific aspects of community youth sports policiesand regulations. Second,in addition to the imperfect management mechanism and system,the organization and management of community youth sports also have the problem ofunclear management responsibilities, weak management strength, lacking funds and so on,that hinder the development of community youth sports. Third, contents and types ofcommunity sports activities are relatively simple and sports competition has not formed afixed model, which influence the enthusiasm of teenagers to participate in sports. Fourth,the currently community sports field equipment, Activities Guide and funds areall deficient, which are the main causes that restricting its development. Fifth, the contentof sports information is not comprehensive, Update not in time, single publicity channels,which cannot satisfy the needs of adolescents.According to the problems, first, the government should work as the leader, perfectcommunity youth sports policies and regulations system, and safeguard the interests ofteenagers, and the second, perfect the system of sports organization and management,promote the development of community youth sports activities. Third, carry out various forms of sports activities, rich community youth sports system. Fourth, create a good sportsenvironment and perfect the condition system of community youth sports activities. Fifth,Enhance the promotion of sports information and create a good community youth sportsinformation service platform. Sixth, to further strengthen the association betweencommunity and school, family, to promote sustained, healthy and orderly development ofyouth sports activities.
