The Research On Project Management Of Jilin University"Serving The Country People In Three Aspects" Social Practice

With the deepening of the reform of higher education in our country, thenumber of university students is increasing, the cause of higher education hasentered an unprecedented stage of development, student management in colleges anduniversities in China started late, facing the problem of not scientific, systematic,unable to meet the requirements of the student activity diversification,self-independence of college students’ activity management. Project management，as an important branch in modern management, has been at home and abroad used inevery field of management research and practice repeatedly. Through the access tothe university students’ activities of project management experience at home andabroad, applying project management to student management in colleges anduniversities is of great importance to lift the significance of the management leveland improve the efficiency of management.This article introduced the project management theory in college studentactivities management.the theory and method of modern project management isassociated with the university student activities, combined with Jilin university "aprogram under which officials" social practice project case analysis, the research isfocused on building a project management model to explore the construction ofuniversity students’ activities.This article is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introductionpart, elaborating basis for subject-choice and significance of this study, combing thecontent of the existing research results and shortcomings, and briefly illustrating theresearching significance and researching methods. The second chapter is thetheoretical analysis of university students’ activities of project management, first isthe definition of "university student management","project", and "projectmanagement",. The second quarter.reference through the analysis of the two aspects of theory and method of project management can be used for the feasibility ofmanaging college students’ activities from specific substantive collaborativeactivities with the project characteristics and the advanced experience of foreignuniversity student project management. The third chapter and the fourth chapter isthe main part of the research paper, combining the concrete case of Jilin university "aprogram under which officials" social practice project. In accordance with theproject starting and planning, process of implementation and control, Emphasizeson the project goals, plans, time, cost, communication, human resource managementand risk control respectively. Examining the core of university student projectmanagement practice in detail and building a model of project management modeof construction of university students’ activities. In the conclusion part, the researchproduction of thesis research achievements were summarized comprehensively, andthe problems in the process of research and the corresponding solutions arebriefly expounded.Case study proves that the project management theory is significant for theuniversity student management in the efficiency improvement and healthydevelopment of college student activity.
