The early school enterprise cooperation project lacks quality planning,quality evaluation and quality assurance.In the process of implementation,the cooperative education project has exposed some deficiencies and the quality of the project can not reach the expected goal.In order to ensure the quality of the project,we should monitor the whole process of the project,compare the original quality objectives,and find out the continuous adjustment or corrective action after the problem,so as to guarantee the results of the project to meet the needs.Taking the school enterprise cooperation education project of Nanning College for Vocational Technology as an example,using the project quality management theory,we need to plan the quality of the cooperative education project at the beginning of the school enterprise cooperation project.First,we choose the enterprise suitable for the school itself,and then discuss the cooperation with the enterprise,and determine the cooperation according to the wishes of the two parties one by one.We should agree on the mode of cooperation and work out the goal of cooperation.After the implementation of the project,in order to keep track of whether the evaluation of the progress of the project is in conformity with the expectation,the quality evaluation should be implemented.Under the scientific and reasonable principles,the project evaluation and the subject and the object should be determined,the content and index of the evaluation are formulated in advance,the democratic institutions or the third parties are set up,and the qualitative and quantitative combination and process evaluation are adopted.The same method is used to carry out cooperative project evaluation on a regular or irregular basis.In order to ensure the implementation and completion of the project,we should strengthen the application of the evaluation results,strive for more policy support,implement a more perfect supporting mechanism,make the quality assurance system implemented by the project play a role,and ensure the implementation and completion of the project.This paper,taking the typical model of school enterprise cooperation and education in Nanning College for Vocational Technology,as an example,analyzes the common problems,and probes into the quality management experience of school enterprise cooperative education project with the measures and methods of project quality control by Nanning College for Vocational Technology.There are sufficient theoretical basis to support and practice the countermeasures and suggestions.It is different from Zhao Shanqing's research based on the theory of management and the optimization of Zhu Haijing's evaluation system.It is studied from the pre quality planning of project management,the theory of quality control of project implementation and the feedback principle of result evaluation,and the quality control system is used to find out the problems,analyze the problems and optimize the solution,Guangxi vocational colleges are the most intuitive and direct reference.
