The purpose is to detect the present situation of the junior middleschool teachers’ justice quality in this study,to explore the factorswhich affect the junior middle school teachers’ justice quality,In orderto provide the theoretical basis of improving the junior middle schoolteachers’ quality,promoting the junior middle school teachers’professional development.In the first chapter is about the introduction.concluding posing aquestion,Research significance, the research features,,literaturereview and the research idea.In the second chapter,is about the theory of teachers’justice,Analysis the concept, the content and characteristics ofteachers’ justice,Put forward the related theoretical basis of teachers’justice, analysis the composition of teachers fair quality,build theindex system of teachers’ justice.In the third chapter is about Present situation investigation.Withthe local actual situation,this whole thesis focuses on Investigatingthe status quo of the junior middle school teachers’ justice quality inthe city of Heilongjiang provinces,Combing with the survey data, toanalysis the results of the survey。Focus on two aspects, overallvariance and hierarchical variance.the purpose is to explore thefactors. It affects the city’s junior middle school teachers’ justicequality.In the research, from the external and internal perspective,analyzing the affecting Factors,such as the personal and professionalhistory of the Junior middle school teachers, the atmosphere of theschool culture,the evaluation factors,and provide the theory basis forthe advice.In the fourth chapter,is the advice of raising The teachers ’ justicequality. Combining with the related theoretical basis of teachers’justice,Put forward the targeted proposals for the improvement of thejunior middle school teachers’ justice quality.These suggestions can be Put forward from these aspects as follows: the macroscopicperspective,the medium perspective and the micro perspective.
