Against this background, mobile learning emerged, it allows learners may at any time and place, as long as there exists a network, you can get the information they need knowledge, not feelings limiting external conditions.The rapid adoption of smart mobile devices for mobile learning provides the technical foundation, at the same time introduce new teaching methods in the education sector achieved a breakthrough development, they promote mobile learning and lifelong learning concept perfect combination, gradually began to make mobile learning into everyday people’s learning behavior. Communications and applications currently gathering the most convenient for mobile devices, granted for smartphones, so the prospect of its educational applications immeasurable, it also has become the first choice of smart people learn terminals, However, the current study developed for smartphone applications is relatively small, and therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of mobile learners, based on the teaching philosophy embodied in the smart mobile platform, further research is needed to move the design of learning resources based on smart phones.This paper analyzes the basic situation of domestic mobile learning, then move around smartphones based learning resource designed to expand research and analysis problems. By describing the development of smart phones based on the idea of mobile learning courseware discusses the resources to design development process, while (Multimedia Technology and Application Guide) case study course, completed the development of the associated tree learning courseware. Development is mainly based on micro-learning theory, using eclipse as a development platform, the choice of Java as a development language.
