Recent years,With thegrowth of ICT in all the fields, ICT has greatly affected all sides of the society;The use of ICT in teaching changes teachers’ teaching concept, students’ learning methods and the learning environment of school change a lot. Countries all over the world have been developing educational informationization. After20years’ development, China’s educational informatization status of has made great progress.Recent years in pecial, with the implementation of the "school to school" project "the Ministry of education " project,which has greatly promoted our country’s the education informatization. But it is undeniable that there are much trouble in this process, such as "despising the use of software" and so on. Our rearch team implement this study so that we can solve these problems.Firstly, based on many Chinese and foreign basic education informatization literature, this study raised the estimate index set of hubei province; Then the reaearchers use the methods of expert interview、Delphi and pre-research modify the index system;After some times of modification, the researchers decided the estimate index set of hubei basic education informatization,which includes6dimensions:the using of ICT、 personnel training of ICT、the building of ICT resources、the building of ICT environment、the management of ICT、the guarantee system.The publication discussed the application of information technology,and evaluate the status of using ICT of basic education in Hubei. Constructing the evaluation model of Hubei province factor analysis、SEM can overcome the subjectivity of Delphi or AHP, which makes the model more scientific. Secondly,the thesis analysed the differences of the schools from many points,and compared the status of many indexes. Then,the reaearch used clustering analysis according to the urban area, and calculated the difference coefficients to compare the ICT status of basic education in Hubei Province. Finally the paper used linear regression analysis the influential factors of Hubei basic educational informatization status,and found that digital talent cultivation, the digital environment construction, digital management, security system affected Hubei basic educational informatization status.Using exploratory factor analysis in SPSS18.0and confirmatory factor analysis in structural equation model the analysis of constructed the basic education application model of ICT in Hubei province, which ensures that the evaluation model more systemic. Atthe same time, the paper used difference analysis from many angles of comparison, and analysed the influencal factor of application of ICT, which can provide references for making the future development planning of ICT in Hubei and other provinces...
