Market is related to economic growth. Whether industry, agriculture or other’s development, it is through the market that the goal of economic growth can be achieved. Geographical environment, cultural religious, institutions and human capital all have a great influence on the economic growth, which can be manifested by the market. Faced with the economic globalization and the adjustment of the industrial structure, China must participate in the wave of the modernizational market, walking on the road of modernization, industrialization and marketization..With the influence of historical factors, agricultural base is weak in china and farmer’s status of subjectivity in participating in market is low. If the market works only by the rule of capital, the distribution of wealth will be large.
