Modern Chinese education is actually a problem of "generation", but it seems that few people aware of the problem. Even aware just describe the generational differences simply as a rival. In order to let people see clearly the generational differences, and correctly treat this kind of difference, this article selects the emerged a large number of famous Chinese teacher since the reform and opening up as the research object, the practical teaching concept, characteristics and active s as the basis, a study on difference divided them into three generations. Therefore, this paper in the classroom activity, teaching design, teaching postscript and related works as the basic material, in the analysis of the teaching idea of "three generations" respectively and practical characteristics, on the basis of trying to paint the commonness and difference between the three generations of Chinese teacher, the inheritance and development, finally briefly elaborated the cause of the difference or change, put forward the rational attitude of dealing with the relationship between the three generations.The first chapter, the second chapter, the third chapter respectively outlined the outstanding characteristics of the three generations of Chinese teacher in Chinese teaching ideas and teaching behaviors."The first generation" pursuits scientific and efficiency, focuses on the double-base teaching, emphasis on the teaching material of regression analysis, attaches great importance to the examination and training." Second generation " pursuits artistic and personalized of Chinese teaching, and advocates humanistic spirit, requires the language education regression principle, attaches great importance to the accumulation and feeling, seeking equal sharing of the relationship between teachers and students." Third generation "pursuits perceptual and rational fusion, attaches great importance to the text, and promotes the integration of language and life, to establish the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. The fourth chapter is based on the analysis of the former three chapters, and its goal is to analyze the "inheritance "and "break "between the three generations from the practice, objective view, the relationship between teachers and students view, the perspective of text reading view.At last, this paper puts forward that we should look at the generational differences correctly and reasonably, considering the age of the three generations of Chinese teacher, their education theories they are exposed to and their value pursuit.
