Education is a kind of cultural activities based on beliefs. Teachers’ education beliefsdirectly determine the teachers’ cognition, understanding and sentiment of education, It isthe deep instruction in the school culture, It directly affects the school of education practice.Teachers’ education beliefs determine education behaviors, education behaviors determineeducation quality and school culture,we can say that, teachers’ education beliefs haveoriginal effect on the quality and culture of school education, it is the basis and premise ofeducation reform and school culture change. Therefore, understanding, examine and reflecton the current teachers’ education beliefs in primary and secondary schools has become thekey to the construction of school quality culture. There are a series of "anti-education"phenomena in current practice of primary and secondary education, Hidden behind thesephenomena is actually teachers some education belief.The study is based on the analysis of the meaning of teachers’ education beliefs’ andits relationship with education phenomena, the study selected some representative"anti-education" cases in school life, explore the behind teachers’ education beliefs and thereasons for the formation, and propose the correct strategies, to provide feasiblesuggestions for teachers. The thesis is divided into four parts, first, parse the meaning ofteachers’ education beliefs,second, analyze the current primary and secondary schoolteachers’"anti-education" phenomena, again, explore the causes for the formation, finally,put forward the correct strategies for the teachers’ education beliefs of "anti-education".
