Elite Colleges Personnel Training Of The Situation And Trend Research

High-level elite talents touch on the improvement of national core competitiveness. While in comparison with the situation of galaxy of talents in foreign country, there is a larger gap for domestic elite cultivation. Based on this situation, many key universities have long to explore elite talent cultivation. From the "Special class for gifted young" established in1978in University of Science and Technology of China to the various "smart class", then a variety of "elite college or elite team" come into being, domestic colleges and universities to the exploration of elite talent training has never been interrupted. What results have achieved during this period, what are the problems, and how to improve it in future, and so on are worth summing up and summarizing. Strive to find a suitable way for China’s national conditions of elite talents cultivation, and change the situation of lack of elite talent at an early date.The researches on elite cultivation are very rich at present, which provide a substantial literature basis for my paper. But existing researches in using questionnaire and depth interview method is less; and lack of the comparison of college students and the elite in results analysis of the elite college talents training. This article based on documents, comparative analysis, questionnaire investigation and interview method for study. Firstly, combing the literatures of elite talent training based on the predecessors’ research, studying the theory of elite talent training, and defining the relevant concepts of elite talent training. Secondly, studying the present situation of the elite talents at home and abroad, and analyzing their successful experiences in elite talents cultivation. Then taking Mao Yisheng school as an example, analyzing the present situation of elite cultivation in Mao Yisheng school by using questionnaire for students and depth interview of teachers, and then summarizing experiences and deficiencies of it. Finally, combing with the above study, having a deep analysis on the future tendency of college talent cultivation, that is accurate positioning will become the premise of elite talent cultivation; perfect personnel training system will be the system guarantee; lot of capital investment will be the basis; internationalized talents’ training will become the inevitable choice; school-enterprise cooperation to improve the quality of training to become an important guarantee; characteristic will become the new tendency; and the prominent teachers will be the key factor for talents cultivation, etc.
