With the popularization of Internet and mobile devices, the styles of people’s life, work andlearning have been changed greatly. The phenomenon of students carrying mobile phone toschool is also very common. It still happens despite repeated prohibition. Pace of science isunstoppable. Since it cannot be stopped, it is better for us to use. In addition, the mobile learningcan alleviate the unbalanced of the disposition to a certain extent without consuming the schoolfunding case. Since the launch of Android system, Android device in the market share of theamount is growing. There are many designs of mobile learning based on Android platform. Thecontent of these designs basically is about the language subjects (such as literature, English andso on) and the operating disciplines (such as information technology, art, music and so on). Theapplications for science subjects are less. However, according to the survey, the tutoring demandfor students in Science is greater than in the liberal arts.This thesis aims at designing a mobile course about physics and real life for middle schoolstudents. It is based on the three years of Physical teaching career in Lincheng County VocationalEducation Center in Hebei Province. The design of mobile course uses Android applicationdevelopment technology with the guidance of mobile learning theory. In the logical thinkingability of middle school students, the abstract thinking gradually occupies the advantage. But abig part of their abstract thinking is the experience of abstract thinking. The abstract things intheir understanding are based on experience or can find a model in life. While the concept andtheorem of physical has a certain abstract. The physical knowledge is associated with life in thedesign. So that learners can found physical models corresponding to physical concept andtheorem in life. It can facilitate learners to understand the knowledge of physics. In addition, thedesign making the physical knowledge into daily life can help learners to solve practicalproblems encountered in everyday life and help to stimulate the interest of learners.It also candevelop the consciousness that learning is in everywhere of life and good habits of observing thephenomenon of life.That the learning scenarios coincide with the situation of life can helplearners knowledge construction and flexible application. Based on this, this study is divided intothe following five parts. The first chapter discusses the background of this research (includingsocial and technical background), present foreign and domestic research of mobile learning andthe significance of mobile learning. In the second chapter mainly introduce the Android mobilelearning based on the Clark Quinn’s4C model. It contains the definition of the Android mobilelearning based on the Clark Quinn’s4C model.Besides it also describes the theoretical basis ofthe design. The third chapter is on the basis of physics characteristics and contemporary students’ characteristics. It mainly introduces the design and implementation of physics M-learningresources for middle school based on Clark Quinn’s4C model. The fourth chapter point out theoperating environment, function interface and teaching of physics M-learning resources formiddle school based on Clark Quinn’s4C model. The V Chapter points out the deficiencies of thedesign of physics M-learning resources for middle school based on Clark Quinn’s4C model andthe future direction of the deficiencies of the Android mobile learning system。The study is not only test function and operating interface which the design of mobilelearning based on the Android platform has, but also carry on a teaching test in small range.According to the test, the design of mobile learning based on Android platform achieves thedesired expectations.
