Design And Implementation Of Learning Platform For Micro-course Based On Android App

With the fast development of wireless network technology and high speed mobile network technology's wide use,smart mobile devices have become an essential part of life.Mobile learning is a learning method for teachers and students to communicate bilaterally at any time and any place through mobile devices.Micro-course is a newly developed learning method with the characteristics of concise,learner-concerned and easy-sharing,which meets the needs of mobile learners whenever and wherever they want to study.The application of micro-courses has greatly made a complement to traditional education and teaching.At present,domestic scholars mainly focus on the basic theory on micro-courses.The research towards its resource platform construction is not enough and the number of software can be used specifically is relatively small.According to this situation,this paper aims to design and fulfill a micro-course learning platform based on Android App by researching on mobile learning theory,micro-course learning theory and combining smart phone's characteristics.This paper,based on mobile learning theory and micro-course learning theory,taking practical application as background,designs and develops a micro-course learning platform by using the mature technology in software development industry and information system development and combing with PHP,MySql database,Redis,Android platform and network cloud storage technology.This platform adopts the principle and method of software engineering and makes requirement analysis and feasibility analysis of the system.Then it achieves the function of student management,teacher management,course management,notes and comments by dividing the system function module and designing architecture.The App's development strictly follows H5 specification.At the same time,it takes JSON document format as the communication method between PHP and H5.Finally,the system is tested.The test results show that: The system is very good to achieve the needs of users.Its overall performance and function have achieved the system's design goals.This paper has realized a micro-course learning platform with friendly interface,convenient operation and reliable system.It also accelerates students mobile learning's rapid application and provides a platform for promoting multiple learning.This paper has realized a micro-course learning platform with friendly interface,convenient operation and reliable system.It also accelerates the rapid application of students mobile learning,promotes students multiple learning and provides a platform for developing education.
