Since the restoration of the college entrance examination in1977, it has made great contributions to the selection of the talented and has won wide public recognition. The present admission mode, however, are still plagued by problems, such as the distortions of resource allocation, admittance by bad university possessing high scores, and the tend to flat scores. Therefore, how to improve the present admission mode and adapt to the college entrance examination become initial problem that modern China need urgently resolve.A province since2000, all entrance Enrollment online, accumulated a large number of electronic recruitment data, which contains a wealth of information available, how to obtain valid information available from these existing data, as education authorities admission to develop comprehensive policy to provide decision support. This paper selects the province for nearly a decade since the2000College Entrance Examination data, the use of these data did two aspects work:1. According to the cumulative data from the enrollment of the College Entrance Examination, a data warehouse is constructed. This paper analyzes the reason why the proportion of the rural students in the key universities is decreasing, and the characteristics of candidates applying for entering different universities, as well as the geographical characteristics of registered universities, Professional characteristics apply heat, the number of candidates and the number of relations executive. The statistical results show that the decreasing proportion of rural students in the key universities is caused by the gap between urban and rural education, and the behaviors of applying for entering different universities follow a power law distribution. Through comparing different policy adjustments, we find that the policy of candidates applying for universities after exams plays more impact on the applying behaviors of candidates. Apply heat from a professional degree can draw a popular professional.2. By applying the "Multi-Application for Individnal" mode of admission algorithm to the college entrance examination, the enrollment data over the years for a certain province has been simulated and analyzed in this paper. After simulation and analysis for the enrollment data, two conclusions can be drawn: on the one hand,"Multi-Application for Individual" mode base on change value can improve the overall acceptance rate of the entrance examination, and reduce the probability of admittance by bad university possessing high scores or drop-off et al; on the other hand, it can improve the rank of college features professional. And after admission, college professions ranks more in line with the true strength, highlights the professional characteristics, and promotes the development of the featured professions.
