| The enrollment of our national colleges and universities is an important link of selecting talents, reflecting in fair competition, constructing a harmonious society, and it is also an important work of having political significance, social significance and global significance in the field of higher education. The entrance application mode in university enrollment has been directly related to examinee's opportunity for higher education and the immediate interests with the thousands upon thousands, and it is always paid great attention by all parties in the society.The admission mode in college enrollment has experienced several reforms since the recovery of the college entrance examination in 1977, but it still has some obvious disadvantages. So it is in dire need of a more scientific and fair admission way in college entrance application. The study on the reformation of college entrance application mode has a long history in the developed countries, some of which have reformed One-to-Many College Admission Mode (OMCAM) which has been applied widely, and some western countries have made important achievements on enrollment work of OMCAM. So the OMCAM is a hot topic in the reformation of college admission mode now. However, the mode in China is just underway, which is not perfect enough, and has a lot of problems to solve for mass students in ordinary college enrollment system.Through an multidimensional analysis on the historical data of university enrollment using the platform of college entrance examination data warehouse from one province, we have found out the key problems of the current mode, build a new One-to-Many Model for University Recruitment which focuses on the professional choice and a file for many colleges, which is suitable for the China's ordinary college enrollment, and we also put forward a variable weight comprehensive pre-recorded algorithm and the minimum application number fist algorithm for the confirmation of pre-recorded candidates, which can support this mode. Finally, we design an experimental system based on the proposed model. The simulation experiment using the historical data verifies that comparing with the traditional mode, the proposed model is effective to lower the risk of the voluntary reporting, reduce the number of students with high marks who fail to enter a college and who fail to a better college, and solve the decision problem in the selection of comprehensive talents and professional talents. Our research can also provide decision support for the reformation of OMCAM of China. |
