Civic moral education has always been an important part of our nation’s spiritual civilization, as an important force、builders、successors in China’s socialist construction and the main force of great "Chinese Dream" to achieve, their civil moral literacy is directly related to the overall development of our country and the long-term layout. Currently, China’s economy has get rapid development, people’s economy "happiness index" increased year by year, But in recent years there have been many phenomenon about moral indifference and moral decline in the field of ethics. This also allows us to have to think again about the civic moral of college students.This research object to civic moral of college students., combined with physical and mental development of college students’rules and characteristics, in the form of a questionnaire survey to further promoted understanding of the current status. And from the hidden infection of the Western ideology on the target, approach and content、 influence of our traditional culture、our social reality to explore the reasons for this situation. social reality were analyzed in depth from four areas, their own family education, university training, community education, college students.Finally, based on the civic moral status of the college students, propose the specific suggestions and strategies based on the reason. First, contrast and reflect the similarities and differences between Chinese and other countries’civic moral education about students, learn from their successful experience. Secondly, From the perspective of the educational philosophy and educational model, propose it need to establish a people-oriented idea of education and emotional education model、practical idea and mode of education the idea and mode of return to Life.
