Virtual reality technology for its high simulation, security, and other featureshave been widely applied to classroom teaching. In the field of primary and secondaryeducation, virtual experimental techniques used for various subjects experiment. Thiscombination of technology and teaching knowledge not only makes experiment itselfteach more interesting, but also simulates the experimental process becomeing morerealistic. But with transformation of education reform and educational philosophy,which brought about fun by the technology itself has been unable to meet the teachingof needs. Therefore, it is necessary to design a virtual experiment with a combinationof advanced teaching methods to enhance the virtual experiment interesting,contextual, helping learners find the joy of learning.The story grow along with the people to its unique way. It not only attracts thereader’s attention, but also allows to learn the philosophy inherented in and assimilateto itself. When the narrative features and story elements introduced into teaching toform a narrative teaching. This teaching continues the charm of story, influencing thelearner’s emotions with a plot, constantly stimulating learners’ interest and attractingtheir attention. If this advantage is introduced into the virtual experiments, so thatlearners understand the impact of changes brought about in the experimental plot, thesuspense show the excitement of the conflict, can effectively improve the learner’sattention and help them better understand the experimental knowledge.The research idea of virtual experiment is based on the story structure and designvirtual experiment with narrative elements timely. It strives to embody integrity, vivid,twists and turns, consistency and other characteristics of the story and makes a morevivid virtual experiments. The basis of comprehensive combed narrative content andthe analysis of virtual experiments characteristics, interpretating of the virtualexperiment content and composition. In situational learning theory, learning analyticalpsychology, emotional design theory, it was constructed narrative virtual experiment design model. It based on design model and designed the development process of thenarrative virtual experiment. It combined with "oxygen laboratory method" toproduce courseware. By recovering data of courseware in teaching practice, it formsummary and outlook for the design and application of virtual experiment.The first chapter briefly elaborated background, the status of the applicationstatus of narrative teaching, research, and virtual experiment a combination of bothanalyzes, and proposed the idea of the narrative of teaching and the combination ofvirtual experiments based on this. In determining the research nature, purpose andcontent, listing the organizational structure of the paper and explaining thesignificance.The second chapter reviews the characteristics of narrative virtual experimentand analysis to combine with narrative elements and story structure. It define andparse the meaning and composition of narrative virtual experiments. By situationallearning theory, learning analytical psychology, emotional design theory, provide atheoretical support for feasibility of narrative virtual experiment.The third chapter constructed narrative virtual experiment design model to thestory features, narrative elements and story structure. In the form of the structuralmodel, discussing narrative virtual experiment design process in detail and thefunction and significance of every part to design model.The forth chapter presented narrative virtual experimental development process,"the laboratory production of oxygen" as an example, design and productcorresponding virtual experiments. Through questionnaires and interviews to collectexperimental data, identify bjectively the problems in the case to the data.The fifth chapter summarize this paper. On the basis of reflection explain thedirection of its development.
