This paper carries on a research on the sources, structure and cognitive mechanism of the teachers’ tacit knowledge. Through the discussion about the source of teachers’ tacit knowledge, we propose the source system of teachers’ tacit knowledge:including source channel, acquisition mechanism and performance way. The source channels are experience and implicit learning, this paper use the empirical research to study it in depth. For the experience and the teacher recessive knowledge relations, by using the method of situational test to measure the structure of tacit knowledge, the results show that:teachers’ tacit knowledge has significant difference on the gender, age, professional title and the identity, and with the increase in age, the rise of the title and the increased experience, teachers’ tacit knowledge level has increased significantly. For the relationship between implicit learning and tacit knowledge of the teachers, it takes the subjective measurement and process dissociation procedure in sequence learning to explore the cognitive mechanism of tacit knowledge in implicit learning. Experiment1used the logic of subjective measurement, the results showed that:with the sequence learning, the subjects’ reaction time is significantly reduced; random block’s and regular block’s reaction time and correct rate have significant difference, namely the subjects obtain the tacit knowledge in the learning process and exist the unconscious processing. Experiment two used subjective measurement and process dissociation procedure combining logic, the results showed that:with the sequence learning, the subjects reaction time significantly reduced; the results of contains tasks and exclusion tasks shows that the subjects obtain the explicit knowledge; the accurate rate and confidence level has no correlation in the include tasks, the accurate rate and confidence level has no correlation in the exclusion task, therefore the subjects acquire the tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge and have the unconscious and conscious processing.
