In knowledge-economy age, the knowledge update rapidly, a university which wants to obtain the development must continue to carry on the innovation of organization and the knowledge unceasingly. Similarly, for the teachers in this age, the information exploring and lifelong learning has arrived quietly, the wave of the reform in education is progressing with unprecedented speed, the age and the society put forward higher request to their makings and ability. As Teachers' Professional Development request, the university teachers are no longer merely the simple knowledge transmission, but are the knowledge inventor.Teachers'tacit knowledge is the innovation fountainhead of university knowledge, but at present, the attention to the teachers'tacit knowledge of university is insufficient. So based on domestic and international researching status about the present situation of tacit knowledge, this paper's main research content was defined: the university teachers'tacit knowledge sharing. Through literature reading and the spot interview, the author think that both the starting point and the foothold of the university teachers'tacit knowledge sharing are teachers, in other words, are the human's factor, the university teachers'tacit knowledge sharing is occurs among the teachers'tacit knowledge owner, the teachers'tacit knowledge demander, and the university knowledge management organization and agencies. The teachers'tacit knowledge owner must carry on teaching reconsidering unceasingly, compile own tacit knowledge and turn it to explicit, the teachers'tacit knowledge demander must carry on the teaching practice unceasingly, turn the explicit knowledge to tacit, teachers grow gradually from the tacit knowledge demander into the tacit knowledge owner, so what the university knowledge management organizations and agencies should do is to provide the equal and free environment to the general teachers to exchange with others, let general teachers meet honestly and mutual benefit under the knowledge sharing's campus culture environment. Finally, under the instruction of correlation theories strategy, the author attempts to construct a hypothesized platform for the university teachers'tacit knowledge sharing.
