Along with the continuous development of the network and the continuous progress of society,people's learning methods are also changing,the traditional learning methods can not meet the needs of social development.Similarly,teachers must update their traditional view of learning,aimed at promoting their own professional development.However,how to promote the professional development of teachers? This has become very concerned about today's education sector.In the teacher's professional development process,plays a decisive role is the teacher's tacit knowledge,tacit knowledge is the teacher in the long-term practice of teaching experience accumulated knowledge,belongs to the teacher's personal knowledge.Excellent teachers tend to have rich teaching experience,in other words,excellent teachers have many other teachers do not have the tacit knowledge.However,how to make more teachers to learn the tacit knowledge of excellent teachers,to improve their professional development?
