Research On Informationization Leadership Of Middle School Principal

Educational ideas as well as the management system are promoted and affected by continuing updates informational technologies. With the rapidly changing educational environments, principles leadership skills of informatization are huge influenced. The core contents for principles in an informationalized era with rising require of fundamental educational reform are located roles of principle correctly that based on accurately definition of informationalized leadership, along with methods to developing these capabilities. Consequently, a systematic and in-depth research on issues that related to informationalized leadership not only in response to requires of a modern informationalized society, also accord with needs to establishing and promoting principles informationalized leadership skills.Acts as the most essential elements and decision-maker of information management in a school, a principle’s abilities of informationalized leadership affecting on development of school immediately. On the basis of questionnaire and in-depth interview, this paper analyzed data of six primary schools which located on N district in M city, with results shows that the informationalized leadership capabilities of principles in this area are strengthening stably. Studied principles are able to design basic scheme for establishment of school’s informationalized process; however, negative aspects, which includes lack of abilities of informatization as well as unconcerned of building an informationalized school area, are still obviously. Problems that mentioned above are rooted in a mixed fact, which consists of not only limited abilities as well as consciousness of informatization, but with shortage of economic along with executive supports from relevant educational official department. To resolves negative issues and in hope to a huge development of principle’s informationalized leadership abilities in the researched area, various of feasible suggestion are provided by this paper such as constructing reasonable strategies to advancing self-promotion of principles, as well as gives extra supporting from government as well as society to advancing educational informationalized system.
