Since the 1990s,information technology has developed at an astonishing speed and has been widely used in various industries.The education field has also ushered in the wave of informatization.Information technology means have received extensive attention and applications at all levels of education.Informatization has created more convenient conditions for the development of education,but at the same time it has also presented various challenges to the development of education.This educational revolution caused by the information technology revolution is having a tremendous and far-reaching impact on all areas of education.In recent years,the word education informatization has been constantly appearing in the public's field of vision.At present,academic circles in China are actively exploring topics related to education informatization,but the discussion of the informatization leadership of primary and secondary school principals has not yet attracted enough researchers concern.This research first summarizes the current research status of the informatization leadership of domestic and foreign principals,defines the concept of the informatization leadership in this paper,and puts forward four dimensions for analyzing the status of informationization leadership on the basis of the review:Principals' informatization planning capabilities,principals' informatization management capabilities,principals' informatization assessment capabilities,and principals' informatization communication and exchange capabilities.This study takes field research as the main research method,combines collected data and content of interviews,and based on the above four evaluation dimensions,evaluates the informatization leadership of the school principal from the perspective of the teacher,and describes the teacher's opinion that the principal is in the information.The leadership that should be reflected in the construction process.From the perspective of teachers,this study has conducted a preliminary discussion on the status quo of S-information headmasters' informatization leadership,and made some suggestions for improving the school principals' informatization leadership from the perspective of teachers.It has a certain degree of informatization leadership for similar school development principals.References.
