With agile development of modern information technology,education experts and scholars in education technology theoryas the guide, is committed to more efficient and better teachingmode and method of research. E-learning is a way of learningautonomy and personalized network, Blended learning is toclassroom learning and network learning effectively integrateway, this way in the field of education technology and corporatetraining industry has been widely applied, Blended learning hasbecome a hot topic of teaching information.Through the questionnaire survey, this paper found that thecurriculum teaching Dreamweaver web design and production ofmore problems, such as single teaching methods, teachingresources, poor communication environment, etc. Ideas to solvethese problems, based on knowledge management, will beBlended Learning is introduced into the curriculum teachingDreamweaver web design and production, build the knowledgeservice of Blended Learning system to support, a vocational andtechnical college has carried on the Blended Learning in shanxischool-based research.Paper according to the theory of constructivism learning and knowledge management thoughts as the instruction, inaccordance with the requirements of teaching outline and thestudents’ cognitive needs, using c#programming constructs theblended learning systems that support the knowledgemanagement. Use the system for "Dreamweaver web design andproduction" course teaching, guide students to carry out theblended learning in the teaching. In teaching preparation stageand implementation stage, both the cognitive (knowledge test)and emotional attitude (questionnaire) test before and after thetest, through contrast experiment study on the hybrid teaching.The results show that the use of Blended Learning Learningplatform teaching has great advantages, not only for thecurriculum Blended Learning Dreamweaver web design andproduction of research and implementation to provide effectivetechnical support, and improve the students’ autonomousLearning ability and cooperation consciousness. This studyexpects to a certain extent, the theory and practice of blendedlearning some supplement and development.
