The Trust Issues In Network Era

The social trust crisis not only exists in the realistic society, in modern society it also becomes a major challenge in social transition. To properly handle the issue of online trust and build trust society is important safeguard to maintain social harmony and prosperity. In the broadest sense, network not only includes such abstract metaphors as traffic and interpersonal communications but also includes communication signals and flows. Network mentioned in this article refers to the narrow sense of the computer network, especially in the Internet as the main research object. Most of the researches on trust presently or in the classical theory are intuitive. They are related to various relations in the society, covers value orientations of social subjects and justice of moral system construction, social and economic development, the government’s social management and public service level research issues.Currently, the problem of lack of trust is particularly apparent and the significance and value of trust are ignored, even become abandoned tools at any time. Attaching great importance to the problem of trust research is beneficial to curb the erosion of utilitarianism and money worship and plays an important role in improving interpersonal relationship, enhancing cooperative and friendly social environment. People should guarantee the authenticity of the commitment. Each subject participating in the activities of market economy should comply with the good faith, the equal transaction code, this is due to the fact that trust not only contains respect for others, it can also maintain the interests of both sides, its foundation is a kind of the embodiment of the humanistic spirit. The research objective of this article to build a network of social trust system as, it is mainly divided into six parts:Chapter one is introduction part, it mainly introduces origin and value of the research paper, some related concepts and theoretical interpretation of online trust, literature review and the point of innovation, research methods and research ideas are also introduced.Chapter two introduces the main performance of current trust changes in modern times. The positive and negative effects of online trust, and trust crisis of moral system are also given. This chapter gives a presentation of causes of the lack of trust in network society from the perspectives like social psychological, social background and social status.Chapter three deals with trust risk of interpersonal relationship under the framework of the lack of field communication, on the basis of such theories this chapter analyzes the trust of the real society and virtual society and investigates the behavior difference.Chapter four to five focuses on analysis of the typical case. It mainly discusses social impacts brought about by trust crisis from two aspects, that is, government’s credibility crisis, social anomie network cheating, lack of trust ability under the background of social trust.The sixth part analyses the significance of building network social trust system. Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the aspect of law, policy and technology. Concluded the above research by summing up, some innovations and the limitations of the present study are pointed out.
