With the development of urbanization, an increasing of people from other cities go to work in Wuhan, migrant children have been a quite big social group.In terms of migrant children in Middle and primary school stage, Campuses are an important place for the migrant children to study and live. Adapt to campus life is an important task for them.Through the author’s professional practice of A school in Wuhan Hubei province, on the basis of the preliminary observation and investigation of the students’and the recommended by their teachers, I get in-depth interviews to eight special floating children on school adjustment. I summed up the campus adaption problem of migrant children in A school from four aspects:study, behavior, psychological and interpersonal adaptation. And It is analyzed the cause of the campus adaption problem of migrant children by the author in A school. These problems are related with the floating children’s own factors, family environment, peer relationship and school environment.Then, the author analysis the needs of migrant children’s school adjustment based on their present situation.And, the auhter put forward the social work intervention strategies to relieve the floating children school adaptation problem from the three aspects of micro, meso and macro based on the social ecosystem theory. Social work assist the benign interaction between migrant children and family, school directly, help to enhance the connection between family system, school system and community system, improve the allocation of resources in macro system, culture,and the government, which to promote the migrant children to adapt to the school, and to accelerate their healthy and jocyful growth.Finally, the author carries on the summary and the reflection of this research. This study also exists some shortage. It is not deep realized the needs of migrant children group, and it is insufficient in the practical experience of social work intervention. Social work need to continue in-depth study in order to promote the development of local social work theory and practice.
