In recent years, as China’s dramatic rise in the number of migrant workers,migrants’ population also increased significantly, and showing the new features flowphenomena-"family migration". More and more children of migrant workers followthe family came to the seat of life. Schoolchildren mobile home only passivelyabandon compulsory education in flowing ground, and the education problem hascropped up, for example "school unacceptable""can’t afford to go to school" or "notgood at study".This article is a practical research on Social Work intervention migrant children’seducation problem. The field research and Interview research methods are used in thepresent study. Through the case analysis to understand the current status of urbanmobility problems and the reasons for their children’s education, and try to useeco-systems theory to help them get the support of family, school and community, tobuild a network in order to protect the ecosystem of migrant children the right toeducation, and to promote their growth through education, get promoted self-worth.There are five sections in this article. The first part of introduction mainlysummarized the research background and significance, research methodology,literature review, research innovations, theoretical foundation and related concepts,etc. The second part analyzes the reasons and performance of the education inmigrant children under the perspective of social-ecological systems. Third sectiondescribes how to use the social-ecological system theory interferes in the children.Fourth part is the assessment and recommendations, by the whole process of theauthor’s individual services, respectively to evaluate intervention effectiveness andsocial workers. Then put forward the corresponding suggestions. Fifth part is theconclusion, summarized the effort to explore the field of social work practice, and theresults can provide a reference to solve the education of migrant children problems.
