In twenty-first Century, the human has entered information age. Under the impact of upsurging informationization, form of teaching has undergone enormous changes. Nowadays teaching is not the traditional teacher oriented cramming education, a hybrid teaching model combined with the teacher’s lecture and students’online learning is very common in the teaching of universities. There are many kinds of students in the form of online learning, among them a very common is to use the course website.Computer and computer network skills are needed for Normal College Students, which is an important part of mastering many skills. In order to improve their skill of computer network in our school, our school open the computer and computer network maintenance skills training on the weekends as a school public course. The course include not only analysis of theory but also hands-on of student, so it belong to the model of training class. Under normal circumstances, a semester can open two rounds, round arrangement for six weeks. Although the course is currently not apply to credit, there are still many students take the initiative elective. Due to limitations of the classroom, students can only be arranged in a class of about24. In addition to classroom teachers to teach the courses and students’hands-on experiments, we building a course Web site, use which students can learn online. But in the process of use of the website, found some problems, mainly is the curriculum resource, which has a serious influence on the students’learning efficiency. Therefore, under the guidance of multimedia learning theory of Meyer, the course website revision upgrade to meet the learning needs.Prior to the research, the author gave the Web site secondary development which was based on multimedia learning theory. In the second design and development process, there are three questions, the structure of the course website, the design of the resources in the site, the presentation of the designed resource. Then, after development, collect opinions about the course website used in teaching activities to improve the quality of the website.In the first round of action research, we found that the most common question learners reflect is classifying curriculum resources after questionnaires and interviews. Indeterminacy classification causes redundancies in resources, and resources are not well placed. It is very inconvenient to search resources.According to the problems appeared in the first round of action research and the resources integration, we carry out the second round of action research, finding two prominent problems on the basis of learners reflects. One is the resource itself, the other one is that the resources do not conform to the learners’cognitive habits. In order to carry out the third round of action research, we redesigned the resource based on the principle of multimedia design, after the second round of action research. In this round of study, students didn’t have problems about the course website. Then we improve the influential factors of the learners’learning.In three rounds of study, through the comparison of horizontal and vertical, we got the conclusion that the course web site can better to prop up the students’learning, and the website has reached the requirements the course Web site should met. In the three rounds of research in the process of advancing, I’ve summed up some experiences. I hope this website can provide a certain reference for the construction of the course website in the future.
