With the rapid development of global information technology and the wide application of Internet culture, Internet culture has become a typical paradigm, which blend today’s mutual culture and science and technology. As the network culture is a special form of a nascent culture, it determines the complexity, of moral education objects and external environment. What’s more, in a certain extent, it also increased the difficulty of forming the correct "Three Views" in high school’s moral management. Besides, network culture is a "double-edged sword" which have positive and negative effects on the school students. Therefore, this thesis focuses on the negative impact of Internet culture on high school students’moral education. And put forward suggestions to this negative impact from the perspective of family, school, society and relevant state departments. As we all know, high school students moral education management is a complex topic. It is collected with family education, school management, social care and government involvement. So only the education unite the above four aspects; work toward a same object; and strengthen the supervision and guidance continually, can we effectively promote the self-consciousness of the Internet moral quality, and the means and methods of moral education innovation. Then it can improve high school students’ information literacy of Internet culture. The blending of four aspects is also the requirements and inevitable trend of high school students moral management and nowadays high rapid of information science and technology.This thesis includes the following sections:The first part is the introduction of this paper. It describes the theoretical and practical significance of thesis topics, current research, contents, research methods and characteristics of innovations.The second part focuses on the scientific connotation of Internet culture, characteristics, and high school student’s awareness and usage of the Internet culture.The third part mainly talks about the impacts of Internet culture on high school students in moral education, including positive and negative impacts.The fourth part explains the negative impact on high school student’s moral education of the Internet culture.The last part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the view of family, school, community and relevant state departments based on the above analyses.Among them, the third part, the fourth part and the fifth part are the foci of this paper.. The last part is the conclusion which makes a self-evaluation and summary about the paper systematically.
