With the development of science and technology and the advanceof times, web are affecting peoples’ life in all sides includingproduction and living profoundly, which leads to the appearance of webcultural basing on web technology and web stage.Web culture is one typeof modern society which has a deep and profound effect on production andliving. With the development of economy and society,web is popularized,college students has been an important part of web members in the newtimes.College life is a key period of cultivating students’ healthypersonality, which is in the process of building up and easily be affectedby conditions. College students are easily be influenced by webinformation and web cultural.As a new type of web media,which has richresources,open stage,equal object and fast way,will bring convenienceto students’ lives and study and make contribution to the cultivationof a healthy personality.But web culture has both its advantages anddisadvantages, on one hand it functions well, on the other hand it affectsstudents’ values, the way of thinking and behaving, even has a bad effecton students’ personality.Personality is the stable mental outlook and psychologicalcharacteristics, students’ personality is healthy has a closerelationship on the development of society and the future of ourmotherland.Colleges and universities, which cultivate students, has aclose responsibility in building up students’ healthy personality. Howto build up students’ healthy and active personality by using theadvantages of web, how to overcome personality deviation caused by webremain a urgent task for moral education. It is an important and practical meaning for college students’ to build up a healthy personality by usingweb.This article first analysis the meaning factor and characteristics ofweb culture, then analysis the meaning of personality and the feature ofhealthy personality, basing on these factors it uses SWOT analysis tostudy how the web culture effects personality on four parts which arestrengths、weaknesses、opportunities and treats. By using Marxist worldoutlook and methodology, from four main parts of education whose mainbody,subject,ring body and medium body, this article provides a feasibletheory and practical ways on cultivating of students’healthy personalityin web times which provides a reference for moral education.
