Research focus of this paper is to explore the problem and a way out of high school Chinese teaching oral communication. Due to the influence of exam stress, in the Chinese classroom, many teachers pay attention to training students’ ability of reading and writing, while ignoring the students’ listening and speaking ability, resulting in oral Chinese course useless. But the oral communication related to the overall quality of students, influence students’ growth, and plays an important role in the daily life and interpersonal communication; How to improve the middle school language teaching level? This problem has become a hot topic in the new curriculum reform by the parties concerned.In this paper, from the connotation of oral communication, from the analysis of current situation of domestic oral communication teaching, referring to the research achievements in philosophy, psychology, education and other fields, around the importance to cultivate students’ oral communicative competence, put forward methods and means to improve oral communication teaching practical and operable, effective evaluation strategy, for all aspects of evaluation that the students oral communicative competence, so as to achieve the promotion of students’ oral communication ability, comprehensive development purposes.This paper has four chapters, the first chapter focuses on the present situation and problems of the oral communication teaching, I will combine the analysis of the questionnaire analysis and teaching form, summed up the specific reasons affecting the implementation and development of oral Chinese teaching, and summarize and analysis. The second chapter focuses on the importance of oral communication teaching. Oral communication teaching related to the growth of the students, reflects the quality of students, and composition teaching, reading teaching interaction relationship. The third chapter introduces the countermeasures and methods for the reform of Chinese oral communication teaching in middle school, such as speech, debate, acting, recitation, and it should be implemented and the innovation in the teaching of oral communication in the future. The fourth chapter attempts to construct the formative evaluation system of oral communication ability, formative assessment in the promotion and practice of students oral communicative competence development, and further puts forward the method with operable, effective evaluation of students’ oral communication ability and strategy, improve the oral communication assessment system, in order to promote the development of students’ oral Chinese communicative competence.I combined with teaching, research, theory with practice, pay attention to the accumulation of experience and analysis of lesson plans, and strive to solve practical problems, to make teaching oral communication is really.
