In this globalized society,communication between people plays an increasingly important role,in which oral communication skills play a vital role.How to cultivate and acquire excellent communicative competence,to listen,speak,and understand smoothly and smoothly is a new issue in contemporary society to improve student literacy.In the "Nine-year compulsory education full-time primary school language syllabus(trial revision)",the Ministry of Education also pointed out that the goal of language education should be language communication through the term "oral communication".According to the theory of linguists,human language learning ability is at a golden stage before the age of 12(that is,the period of primary school education),so language ability training should occupy a core position in the language education of primary schools.However,the practice is contrary to expectations.Everyone often ignores the oral communication teaching in the second stage of primary school,and only focuses on the development of reading ability,which is not conducive to the improvement of students’ Chinese literacy.Under the guidance of the 2011 edition of the "Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standards",the new version of the Chinese language teaching materials compiled by Guangdong Province was officially used in September 2017.The new version of the textbook has made gratifying changes to the content of oral communication: setting up a separate oral communication teaching module,emphasizing its importance in Chinese teaching,and guiding teachers to closely integrate Chinese education with daily life.Therefore,under the above background,the author makes an in-depth study on the cultivation of oral communicative competence in the second elementary school.The basis of the research is the theoretical analysis of the existing research results;the research method is based on interviews and case studies;the research object is the status quo,existing problems and solutions of the oral communication teaching in the second grade primary school Chinese language education;Methods,improve teaching quality,and ultimately achieve a qualitative improvement in students’ oral communication skills.The focus of this article is how to solve the practical problems of oral communication teaching in the second stage of elementary school,and effectively improve the students’ daily oral communication ability and level.
