| With the progresses and the reforms of the educational activities, more attention is paid to the learning emotion and the attitude of the students’math study. As an important part of students’learning emotion, learning motivation gets wide attention of scholars both at home and abroad. Learning motivation of math can stimulate and maintain students’math learning activities, its intensity has a direct relationship with students’ math learning achievement. Therefore, it is of important academic and realistic significance to make research on students’math learning motivation and arouse and cultivate students’ math learning motivation.In this thesis, with360students from grade one and grade two participating, the author has made the questionnaire of the learning motivation for math of the senior high school students from the aspects of cognitive factors, self improvement, self-efficacy, attribution factors and the factors of teachers. Based on the collecting data from the survey, the differences of the learning motivation for mathematics and the influence of the learning motivation for the examination results of mathematics are compared between the two grades, male and female students, and the students of arts and the students of science.There are five chapters in this thesis. Chapter one is the introduction which expounds the background of this thesis, the literature review, the main contents, the research design and the research method of the questions proposed in this thesis; Chapter two mainly elaborates the theoretical foundation of this thesis, which includes the definition, the classification, the research institutions and the related theories of learning motivation; Chapter three is the explanation for the questionnaire design, which mainly includes the survey objective, the establishment of the questionnaire, the selection of samples and the process of the survey implementation; Chapter four supplies the analysis of the questionnaire survey results; Chapter five lists the problems reflected in the questionnaire survey, and the suggestions of the math study are also proposed for the senior high school students in this chapter.According to the questionnaire survey, this thesis finds that:first, there exist visible differences between grade one and grade two students in the cognitive factors in their math study; second, male and female students are different in a great extent in the aspects of cognitive factors, self-efficacy, and self-improvement; third, there are visible differences between the students of arts and the students of science in the aspects of cognitive factors and self-efficacy; fourth, the examination results of math and the learning motivation for math study has a positive correlation with the cognitive factors and self-efficacy of the students. |
