Comparative Study On Past And Present Credit System In University

This paper studies on the past and present credit system in university by using literature research method and comparative research method (including the ancient and modern comparative study), clarifying some misunderstandings about the real origin of the credit system in university. The paper is divided into four parts as follows:The first part is introduction. It mainly elaborates research background, research significance, literature review, research design and methods, meanwhile, some correlative concepts are distinguished. In addition, this part has introduced the emphases, difficulties and innovation points in this paper.In the second part, this paper has analyzed the development condition of the past and present credit system respectively, including:the emergence, development and characteristics of the past credit system. The origin, development and characteristics of the present credit system; This part also analyzes the development condition of the credit system in modern universities of China.The third part is the comparative study of the past and present credit system. The in—depth comparative analysis between the past and present credit system is from the perspective of the similarities, differences and their influencing factors. The fourth part is the enlightenment. Firstly, it points out that the development of the credit system is a process of constantly improving. And then the paper put forward several suggestions to perfect the current credit system. To achieve this target, we should do a lot of things, for example, improving the tutorial system, recognition of credit swaps, strengthening the student status management, and so on.
