Improving University Social Work Volunteer Community Service To Explore The Effect Of The Method

With the rapid development of voluntary service, students became the biggest party of the volunteer teams, and college volunteer associations also become a hot issue at present. The students uphold the enthusiasm of service and the better vision for social development, put more effort into the voluntary service in their spare time. They’ve not only practiced the spirit of volunteerism, but also promoted the growth of themselves. The voluntary service of China has a short history, and all aspects of development are not perfect. So there are a series of issues about the collage volunteers such as simple service skills, deficiency of serving methods and content, lacking of voluntary knowledge and sense of value. All the issues lead a direct result that voluntary service can not achieve optimal results.Volunteer associations also exposed the lack of its own. Colleges as the absolute position of the ideological and political education, providing a good environment and favorable conditions for the volunteer team building and activities. College volunteer associations play a significant role in promoting the development of voluntary service. How to achieve development of the college volunteer service, enhance the effectiveness of voluntary service, becoming a topic of discussion for many scholars and experts.This paper focuses on college volunteer associations, through random sampling to peak up more the10college volunteer associations from6colleges, through questionnaires and interviews to investigate for volunteers, to make an analysis of the associations’status and effect factors, and reflections on the advantages and disadvantages of volunteers from the community social work professional perspective, and try to combine volunteer service and social work,to make recommendations to improve the service effect.In this paper, contrast volunteering and social work, then according to the relationship between them and try to combine their linkage,The concepts and methods of social work can be absorbed by a volunteer community colleges, become a channel for the effect of optimization services. By comparison, proposing the feasibility and necessity principles on social work embedded in college volunteer associations. Learning from social institutions and volunteer management—social work and volunteer linkage model. The author analyzes how social theory and practice methods embedded in college volunteer associations and its services. It also expound that the roles and service mode of social work when social work embedded in associations. We try to depend on the linkage model to explore a new route of how social work embed in the associations to make a big difference in promoting the service effect.
