From Communion To Co-Prosperity:The Positive Interaction Of Social Work And Volunteer Service In The Eyes Of Social Governance

With the continuous deepening of China’s social transformation, social conflicts in medical disputes, group events as the representative of the growing, which seriously affected the building of a harmonious socialist society with Chinese characteristics, social governance is particularly urgent. Social work and volunteerism plays an important role in social governance. Social work helps improve people’s livelihood, voluntary service is to improve the public service. In an innovative social governance and building a harmonious society in the historical process, social workers and volunteers to show more and more social value.Currently, the social contradictions still grim, social governance has a long way to go.This study was designed to investigate: the face of the reality of the social environment and the situation around the complex, innovative social governance, social work and volunteering in the end what can be done? In the eyes of social governance, social work and volunteering in the end why the shelter, where destiny? In China’s northern, central,south, some cities are how to do? In the specific practice, which we also face the problem,what are the difficulties encountered? How do we break the next Council on how to proceed further practice and promote further development?There are five parts of the article. The first section presents the main problem of this study; by the description of the research background, purpose and meaning. On the basis of literature review, description of basic research, sources of information, to clarify the methods, content, ideas and innovations.The second part of the three Chinese city of Qingdao, Hefei, Guangzhou, which were from northern, central and southern, as the sample, depth analysis of three social governance, social work, the actual situation of volunteer service.
