Political culture as an important part of the social and cultural systems, plays a role ofany other social elements of the system can not be substituted, in social systems developmentand human evolution. Political culture is an important tool to study and analyze the complexpolitics situation,and the modern political culture is the important cultural base and theessential condition to realize the social political modernization. Colleges and universities arethe places full of vitality and hope, and the university students is the young generation ofenergy and creativity, and the important strength of social political modernization as well. Interms of China is in a transition period, establishing a healthy and civilized advanced campuspolitical culture has an important significance for improving the college students’ politicalquality and cultivating socialist builders and successors qualified.What is the political culture condition of our university campus today? What problemsand cruxes does it have? How to solve them? At last, it is analyzed of the significances to construct the university campuspolitical culture, which are fostering health political psychology of college students,cultivating the correct political attitudes of college students, guiding our students to establishlofty political ideals.In the second part, it is actuality analyzed of the actuality of the university campuspolitical culture.
