In the period of China’s current social transition,Change of the value of the standard moral impacts on cognition members of society, the group of preschool teachers also faces new value perception and judgment issues,their professional ethic tends dislocation occurs, the results directly affect the physical and mental development of children, the professional development of teachers,the professional reputation, as well as the stable development of pre-school career.Some Western countries establish system of professional ethics for pre-school system employees to enhance professional ethics of preschool teacher,to protect the kindergarten teachers’ professional development. By several methods such as text analysis, literature method, questionnaires,interviews, from the design of the system and its operating mechanism reveal that the realistic predicament which existing preschool teacher professional ethics system and propose practical thinking and recommendations.This thesis consists of four parts:The first part focuses on theoretical considerations, to clear the basic connotation of the preschool teachers professional ethics system, clarify the core essence of the system, points of content and level of point elements, while clear the necessity of building a preschool teacher professional ethics system description; pointed out the basic norms of professional ethics system construction of preschool teachers, providing certain principles and direction for the system design and operation.The second part.first, the analysis of system design objectives, content, revealing our current problems of the preschool teacher professional ethics system design.Second,the article analyzes the problem of the main executive body and system target groups in the institutional system operation,from the perspective of system operation. The reason is in three aspects:the body system of the preschool teacher professional ethics has some defects;the system construction of the preschool teacher professional ethics system is not perfect;the environment of preschool teachers’ professional ethics system is poor.In the final part,combined with the investigation as well as the existing research results presented, this study suggests from two aspects:first, to enhance the professionalism and operability of the system; second, to pursue of sustainable development.
