In recent years,the problem of professional ethics of kindergarten teachers in China has aroused widespread concern of the whole society.The 2017 "red and Yellow Blue Incident","Ctrip parent-child Garden Incident" occurred in succession,exposing the current small number of kindergarten teacher's contrary to ethics,contrary to the serious behavior of teachers.The frequent explosion of this kind of incident makes people realize the urgency and importance of improving the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers.In November 2018,the state introduced the "10 Guidelines on the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers",the promulgation of which has once again aroused the concern of all sectors of society.This paper analyzes and probes into the social background of this series of events and the problems existing in the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers,combined with the current educational concepts and the basis of educational ethics.Due to the importance of the country,the support of laws and regulations,the improvement of teachers ' teacher level,early childhood education has been a good development,but there is still an endless stream of teachers misconduct the occurrence of the incident.There is a reason for the problem of teacher's moral abnormality in kindergarten teachers.The market law in the campus of the excessive operation,moral education to preach light practice and supervision and the imperfection of the law is the main social reason that leads to the teacher's moral abnormality of young children.At the same time,the teacher's own lack of sense of responsibility and identity,the dishonesty of his own attitude and the lack of clarity about the concept of professional ethics are the main internal reasons for teachers'moral misconduct.In the history of Chinese and foreign educational ethics,many excellent educators have many important ideas and expositions on the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers.Examining this kind of thought is helpful for us to study the development of the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers nowadays.Mr.TAO Xingzhi Teachers regard teachers'"love"as the core of teachers'moral concept;Mr.Chen Heqin clearly put forward the 5qualities that kindergarten teachers should possess:Kindergarten teachers should be amiable to people,not lose their temper,help others,be able to master the courage of self-criticism,not selfish,pay attention to physical and mental health,love and fairness to children,to have a high degree of enthusiasm for the work,creative,in the face of difficulties will not lose heart,to learn to do"learning,learning,re-learning";Montessori emphasizes that kindergarten teachers should respect children;Suhomlinski puts forward three important concerns about the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers,such as"Treat","inclusion"and"respect".The views of these great educators on the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers are an important theoretical resource for the development of the professional advantages of kindergarten teachers at present,which is conducive to the cultivation of children's teachers with ideal commitment and moral sentiment in the new era.The basic theory in educational ethics plays a guiding role in building the ethical and moral norms of preschool teachers.Due to the professional particularity of teaching group,professional purpose and educational mode,kindergarten teachers make the professional ethics of preschool teachers have several characteristics,such as high standard,demonstration,consciousness,standardization and universality.Teachers ' ethical and moral norms are conducive to improving the professional ethics of motivating teachers.Because of the particularity of the teaching object of kindergarten teachers,the morality of kindergarten teachers puts forward special and important specific requirements for the moral accomplishment of kindergarten teachers.Referring to the national corresponding "10 guidelines on the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers",we can sort out the specific norms of the professional ethics of kindergarten Teachers 6: A high sense of responsibility and professionalism,careful care to prevent harm,care for the soul growth of young children,follow the law of Early Childhood education,respect for parents clean teaching,and constantly improve professional literacy.Based on the current situation of preschool teachers ' moral problems,combined with the theory of educational ethics and the latest "10 articles" put forward by the State,this paper mainly gives a series of solutions from macroscopic,mesoscopic and microscopic three levels.From the macroscopic point of view,positive response to the state to improve the teacher's "three status" policy,for the improvement of teachers ' moral level to create a good social environment.From the point of view,perfecting the supervision mechanism of the society and strengthening the management system of kindergarten are conducive to the creation of a good professional ethics education environment for kindergarten teachers.From the microscopic point of view,based on strengthening the professional knowledge and vocational skills of kindergarten teachers,we should vigorously improve the understanding of professional ethics among kindergarten teachers,strengthen the emotion of kindergarten teachers to their cause,and make kindergarten teachers become an increasingly happy profession.
