Parents of children participating inafter-school training is not supported by the majority are holding the attitude, knowledge ofthe parents after school training is not enough. 5Qian’an most high school students participating in the training are relatively pooracademic performance was not able to handle a reasonable relationship between the trainingand learning.6Most high school leadership training Qian’an do not pay attention to the school.Sources of funding after-school training are relatively simple, and even some schools do nothave training funds. Most schools have space equipment configuration can not properlytrained to meet the needs of students.
