Middle school sports training is an important part of school sports, is the basis for therealization of China’s sports development strategy. It is an important measure to improveschool standards movement, active in sports after school training can achieve discover talent,training, and talents, improve the quality and construction of sports power purposes.Therefore, the status quo Qian’an Middle school sports training to investigate and study hassome theoretical and practical significance, through surveys to understand the main issuesQian’an Middle school sports training exists, and proposed countermeasures against theproblem, which can be moved provide a theoretical basis Ann City Middle Schoolafter-school sports training development.In this paper, the use of literature, observation, investigation, mathematical statistics onhigh school extracurricular sports training Qian’an basic situation, the basic situation ofcoaches, athletes are training in basic conditions and environmental conditions and otheraspects of the in-depth analysis and research.The results showed that:1Qian’an most secondary schools set up a team, there is a small part of the team doesnot build schools, after-school sports training team situation is reasonable. Distributed in theafter-school training program layout is very uneven, with most schools have dominated trackand field and basketball, volleyball, table tennis, gymnastics, swimming and other projectscarried out or not carried out less.2high school coaches Qian’an low overall quality, the lack of high-level coaches.Coaches selection method is relatively simple, the lack of scientific selection.3Qian’an high school coaches subsidies are not high, and even the coaches do not havethe training grants, coaches who workload, they pay very consistent income.4The main motivation for participating in the training Qian’an secondary schooltraining athletes to further their studies, only a small part is for hobbies, motivated students toparticipate in after-school training is not reasonable. Parents of children participating inafter-school training is not supported by the majority are holding the attitude, knowledge ofthe parents after school training is not enough. 5Qian’an most high school students participating in the training are relatively pooracademic performance was not able to handle a reasonable relationship between the trainingand learning.6Most high school leadership training Qian’an do not pay attention to the school.Sources of funding after-school training are relatively simple, and even some schools do nothave training funds. Most schools have space equipment configuration can not properlytrained to meet the needs of students.
