With the development of sports,the coaches thoughts,the level of businesses and management abilities are important to every country.Because of this,all countries are growing emphasis on training coaches work.Every tennis world developed nation is attached great importance to the training of coaches.However,the system exposes some deficiency in the practice.In order to promote China's overall level of the sports,we need to improve the existing tennis coaches and training system.This paper use questionnaire surveys,expert interviews and statistics to research the existing tennis coaches and training system on China.In the support of the national sports policy and the Chinese Tennis Association,our country tennis trainer system will increasingly become standardized and institutionalized.Our country tennis coaches and training system mainly have the following highlights:according to actual needs,we can increase the Intermediate CTA,change the original three to four grade levels,strictly manage the coaches promotion system and strengthen the integration of theory and practice in the content and practical training.But our country tennis coaches training develop in a very short time,this system still have a shortage:the content of training is very monotonous,the knowledge renew not quick,the training time is short, The small size of the contingent of instructors,the single form of Evaluation,training and teaching,Discriminating teaching principles not reflected,the training of coaches come from different industries, have different cultural background and don't have the same level of technology.Naturally they have different needs.But,there are not to be distinguished in coach training,assessment, teaching methods.The form of initial examination is the same as the center and the high-level inspection form.The system isn't on the basis of the actual situation for some adjustments.In view of the above insufficiency,we can propose some advices:strengthens the trainer to the projectrule study;Speeding up the implementation of management system..Some advanced management concepts and design in the existing tennis training system isn't implemented.We should accelerate the pace of implementation.We can construction network platform,take full advantage of modern network technology,provide a forum for students learning platform and Strengthen special technical training.Special training is a follow-up training class,the most cutting-edge knowledge of the spread and is a good way to enhance the coaches' ability,and also strengthen the construction of the coaches.Equally,we should pay attention to the ideological education of the coaches.
