With the further implementation of "the school sports work regulations",the guiding ideology of "health first" becomes thorough popular gradually, and "the guiding opinions on further strengthening school physical education" makes it clearly that how to develop the works for school sports, meanwhile, it demands this work should follow the basic principles of people-oriented, including some major components as following: a) face to all students; b)follow the rules of students’ physical and mental development; c) carry with scientific education methods and ways; d) raise students’ interest on sports activities; e) training the habit of lifelong exercise and healthy living for students.Qian’an city becomes the premier county of Hebei province on 2015 running in new system, and presents a high-speed development in aspects as politics, economy, culture and education. Qian’an city is saving no efforts to create a high quality basic education system. In order to understand the work status quo of physical education teachers of the city, this study uses research methods such as the literature material, questionnaire survey, mathematical analysis, and summarization, conducting a research on proportion of male and female teachers of physical education teachers, age, educational background, professional titles and scientific research situation, pre-service education, in-service training and post-service education,income, and the influence to the physical education teaching exerted by the curriculum taken by elementary school physical education teachers in college, etc, and designed questionnaires related to this, finally, making a statistical analysis of the survey results by SPSS18.0, what the results show is as following:1. The sex ratio of primary school physical education teachers in Qian’an city is 4:1,which doesn’t meet the standard proportion 6:4, which is not conducive to the growth of the students;2. Nearly half of the primary school physical education teachers didn’t reach the first class level, what’s more, the senior teacher quantity is little and whose age is older;3. The elementary school sports teachers’ scientific research level is not high in Qian’an city, the physical education teachers never deliver papers in the provincial publications ormore advanced publication;4. The acceptance to the work among primary school physical education teachers in Qian’an city is not high, the workload is large, the reflection on teaching is lack, which affects the ability of physical education;5.Pre-service education curriculum for physical education teacher is not closely connected to the basic education curriculum reform, the teaching practice time is short, and the practice time arrangement is not quite reasonable,reasonable degree structure;6. Awareness of vocational education among primary physical education teachers in Qian’an city needs to be improved, the motivation to participate in post-service training is to fulfill the need for title and promotion, the time of participating in training is less, and the main way to participate in the training is the training in school and network distance training,the main form of participation in the training is school-based training, the main content of the training needs to be improved, the assessment of the training is a professional skills test, the teaching method of training is the expert lecture method.According to the investigation and study, in view of the present situation of physical education teachers in primary schools in Qian’an city, suggestions were put forward as following:1. Enhance media publicity and social attention to create a good atmosphere of public opinion;2. Improve the treatment of physical education teachers in primary schools;3. Enhance the professional knowledge and skills of physical education teachers and promote the professional development;4. Study the new curriculum materials and adjust the change of the role;5. Ensure teaching atmosphere and build a good campus culture;6. Adjust the curriculum, optimize the curriculum structure;7. Extend the time of educational practice;8. Improve training mode to ensure the quality of training;9. Perfect the training mechanism, strengthen the standardized management;...
