Although PE and health curriculum has been serviced though-out the country at present, the actualconditions is not so optimistic.The main issues are the unbalance development of PE and healthcurriculum in basic education, the bored feeling of students towards physical activity, the decrease ofstudents’ health level. Involved in a number of factors, cater for the new course reformation fun sports ofprimary school students appeared on the scene.According to circular of the State Council Concerning strengthening teenagers’ physical qualities and theState Council Concerning issued the Notice on Further Strengthening the school sports, follow the advice“health and first” and “all-life physical education”. The essay applies literature, investigation,inductionand deduction,statistical methods for meaning, concept, research situation, the existing problems andaffected factors the fun sports of primary school concretely and fully, and draws four conclusions of funsports of primary school about affected factors, and then gives four advices, arouse the motives, fill in thecontent,innovate model, improve teaching quality.At the same time,according to the sound guiding ideology “people-based and health comes first”,thisessay constructs five models of fun sports which is based on the target of promote students’ cognitivecompetence and attribute students’ own feeling, which is based on the purpose of students’ interests,concept of PE and all-life long physical education,which is students, which is based on the objectives ofteaching general information and skill of sports. In order to exam the feasibility of these five models, theessay choose one model which is guided by teachers and participated by students. The author began tostudy in XinHaiYang primary school which is located in YanTai and then provided proposals andconclusions against factual conditions. At last, according to the comprehensive understanding of funsports,the author put forth the following suggestions:1The educational departments and schools need to advance the education and curriculum reform andunswervingly implement the requirements of the education and curriculum reform,intensify publicity,open up theory text books and models, reinforce the trains of teachers, and then promote the new teachingstructure.2Our country, region and school should establish a professional team in order to remould fun sports ofprimary school. Surprise are expected. From each according to his ability.3Enterprises which will promote the models of fun sports should consider the development of the region.Only when we do that can we achieve mutual complementarity and common development and learn ofeach other, create a sound condition and atmosphere of fun sports. 4When we creative new target sports of fun sports, we should combine the schools’ actual conditions,education environment of course objective and the actual demand of students. Creation and reorganizationshould fit the local condition.Blind import is banned,because it will lead to a loss.5New target sports of fun sports have been seen not only in public bodybuilding movement but also in theschool sports events frequently. When school want to introduce these sports, they should begin anexperiment in some classes first. If the result is good, then we can popularize.
