The sports and the fitness curriculum are for the talented person who raises the high quality play the vital role, builds the solid foundation through the curriculum study for own development. Student's study intelligence factor and non-intelligence factor influence. In the sports teaching process, the student studies the motive, the emotion, the will, the manner, the thought quality and so on the non-intelligence factor is playing the direction detection in the sports teaching, the guidance, the maintenance, and the strengthened role. Trains the student in the education teaching process to have the good incentives to achievement, the study manner is helpful in promotes the student to form the lifelong physical culture consciousness.This research mainly uses in the survey individual incentives to achievement strong and the weak using the Mehrabian establishment the meter "Achievement Tendency Individual", Xie Xiangmei "Middle-school student Sports Study Manner Questionnaire" to Shanghai eighth middle school's high school three grade student altogether 1151, in which male student 562, female student 589, carries on the incentives to achievement, between the sports study manner and the sports result investigation and study, and has carried on a series of analyses to the investigation result, three between with the linearity regression analysis, draws following conclusion:(1) The incentives to achievement become the phenomenon in the high school three grades which strengthens gradually, ten second year's incentives to achievement are higher than ten grades and ten freshman classes obviously.(2) The incentives to achievement high student's sports result and the incentives to achievement low student sports result presents the significance difference.(3) The sports incentives to achievement strong student in the sports study domain goal, the sports study value, the sports study appraisal cognition, in the sports study emotion experience, sports in study aspects and so on behavior tendency all obviously is higher than the sports incentives to achievement weak student.(4) The sports result high student is opposite in the sports result low student in the study manner, has the big difference to in the sports enthusiasm and the participation, the result high student is obviously better than in the sports participation and the study manner the sports result low student.According to the above findings, this researcher put forward the following proposal:(1) The gym instructor in the teaching process to correlation and so on student, teaching material, teaching goal, course content factors conducts the thorough research, promotes the student in aspect and so on body, psychology full scale developments.(2) Using the family, the school, the social environment and the duty difficulty and so on many factors, stimulate student's incentives to achievement in the sports teaching.(3) From student's interest obtaining, raises the student good sports manner.(4) In the teaching process, utilizes each teaching method and the method lets the student attempt experiences each kind of feeling, embarks practically from student's actual need, promotes the all student's full scale development and the individuality development.
