The graduate student’s knowledge sharing is an interactive process that graduate students each other through various means and channels to explicit, spread, absorb and internalize knowledge in universities.Knowledge sharing between graduate students have important effects on professional development of the graduates, on knowledge value-added and on universities collaborative innovation.Graduate student’s knowledge sharing has its own characteristics.The graduate student’s knowledge sharing should be the right direction to higher education research.Based on the current situation of the graduate student’s knowledge sharing in our country, this study aims to explore the path of knowledge sharing.The basic idea is: analysis literature, investigate status, analyze problems,build path. Research by the means of documentation,questionnaire, individual interview: produced a "knowledge sharing questionnaire", conducted a questionnaire survey among352graduate students who comes from eight different universities, conducted deep interviews on part of graduate. From the cognition degree of knowledge sharing, the behavior game in knowledge sharing, the scope of knowledge sharing and the way of knowledge sharing to analyze the status of knowledge sharing of graduate. We found the following problems in the practice of graduate knowledge sharing:First, graduate students have cognitive deficiencies for knowledge sharing; Second, the presence of non-cooperative game among graduate students; Third, the graduate student’s knowledge sharing limited in narrow space; Fourth,graduate knowledge sharing platform dependent. Analyze the main factors influencing graduate student’s knowledge sharing from human factors,environmental factors, knowledge own characteristics factors.Research reveals the principles of graduate student’s knowledge sharing:the main body principle, the development principle and the opening principle.Finally, based on the theory of tacit knowledge, SECI model of knowledge creation and the "field" theory, and under the guidance of knowledge sharing principles, we construct some feasible paths and strategies of knowledge sharing of graduate students. On one hand, efforts to improve the quality of the body of knowledge sharing: promote shared cognition, get rid of selfish mentality of knowledge; enhance trust, broaden the trust space of graduate; enhance the sharing ability, to meet the needs of the ability in knowledge sharing. On the other hand, focus on the optimization of the knowledge sharing environment: perfect sharing incentive systemim, prove the graduate student’s communication; foster students’ cooperation culture, guide to cooperative game; build learning community, expand the space of use of sharing platform.
